Watch Out World!
No pictures this time but Cambri is officially a crawler. She took her first real "crawls" today. She has been scooting backwards for a while now and has had fun getting her bum in the air up until now. She even had a half scoot and half crawl that she did for a bit. Now that she is crawling our lives will never be the same...so I hear.

8 Months
Taking Cambri's monthly pictures is getting harder and harder. She doesn't really like to sit still for very long. She wants to roll/scoot away and is always on the go. She is so close to crawling, she is getting good at getting onto her hands and knees and balancing. She has her bottom front teeth and her front top teeth are starting to come in too. She loves her veggies, I'm trying to get her like her fruits too. I try putting them in rice cereal, giving her juice or mixing them with the veggies. She will eat them but is done after 5 or 6 bites. She makes tonz of different noises and still loves music, tickles, peek a boo, bath time and dancing.
Funnesses!
Grandma and Grandpa Matheson put up the tree at their house and Cambri loved it. Even before the decorations where on she loved the tree and the lights. She liked rolling around under the tree and reaching for the branches. She will be crawling just in time to get into all the Christmas stuff...that's incentive for her.
We also babysat cousin Zoe the other day. We have done this before, but it has usually been over at my mom's house because there is more room there and lot's of people to help with 2 babies. My parents were out of town though so we just had Zoe over at our house. Cambri has never had a problem with me holding, playing with or feeding Zoe. She loves to play with Zoe and is always happy around her, however, she did get a little upset when Zoe came to her house and started playing with HER toys. She would get a scowl on her face, grunt and pound her fists on the ground. This was very unexpected, for one she is such a mellow girl and for two I didn't think she was old enough to understand possessions. After a good nap she learned to share nice. I wish I would have gotten a picture of her having her little tantrum. But here are some pictures of the girls playing nice.
Grandpa Ken got the whole family tickets to see The Forgotten Carols. I had never seen it before and thought it was like a concert of lesser known Christmas Carols. I found out when we got there that it actually is a story and more of like a play. It was good anyway, just not what I expected. We toke Cambri with us. One of us had to be standing off to the side with her most of the time. She was fidgety during the show but every time they would start singing she would be still and quiet and just listen. That girl loves music. She did fall asleep towards the end.
Cousin Emmy turned 9 recently and decided she wanted beach/Hawaii themed party with the Fam. The whole place was decked out in Hawaii decor and everyone was wearing lei's, lava lava's, Sandals, flowers and more. We also had Hawaiian music in the background. We had lemonade slushes and pulled pork. It was a lot of fun. The girls made sure that even Cambri was decked out in Hawaiian gear.
